Born
and raised in Berkeley and a University
of California alumnus, Hal Feiger has been in
the real estate business since 1976. Not
only has he helped hundreds of clients
buy and sell their properties in the East Bay
Area, but he has also been very active
in the development of non-profit affordable
housing. Hal was one of the founders of
the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development
Corporation (T.N.D.C), a large non-profit
affordable housing developer in San Francisco.
He also found permanent homes for Chochmat
Halev and Kehilla Community Synagogue,
two Jewish Renewal Synagogues in the East
Bay. Hal was one of the first Realtors
to begin offering reduced commissions
and other money saving programs to his
clients.
Currently living in the upper Lakeshore
neighborhood, Hal and his family are also
very active in many social and community
organizations. His favorite pastimes are
reading and skiing with his family

Saved Over $3,000 in Commissions
"I interviewed
several agents from some of the biggest
real estate companies in town but no one
really inspired me. After talking with
Hal Feiger at Realty Advocates, however,
I finally found what I was looking for:
a seasoned propfessional with a creative
approach. I saved over $3,000 in commissions
and have since recommended him to several
friends."

Four Great Offers in A Few Days
"I was concerned
that agents from from other realty offices
might boycott my house if I only paid
a 4% commission. Was I wrong! At the special
broker's tour which Hal held, over 100
agents from all over town previewed our
home, and we had four great offers a few
days later."

Maximum Exposure
"I heartily
recommend Realty Advocates and Hal Feiger.
He did an excellent job of serving our
needs, going above and beyond the call
of duty. He was patient, confident, punctual,
and very detail oriented. He held many
open houses (some with catered food!)
so that our home got maximum exposure
to other agents and buyers. Our home was
not an easy sell. It was the smallest
house on the smallest lot in the neighborhood
during a "buyer's market." We
got the price we needed and the $2520
commission meant a great deal to us."
