- Broker's tour — We host a special weekday open house exclusively for other agents to get to know your home and consider showing it to homebuyers they represent.
- Neighbor outreach — We send a "just listed" postcard to residents in the immediate neighborhood because these folks are often a great source of buyer referrals.
- Open house(s) — We enthusiastically showcase your home to prospective buyers on Sunday afternoons. We put your home's best features forward as we answer questions about the house, the neighborhood and the sales process.
